AI STUDIO APPS – PERSONAL USE POLICY

PERSONAL/INTERNAL USE LICENSE – Effective: [9, 1, 2025] Licensor: [TECHBAES Marketing & Business, LLC] (“Licensor”) • Contact: [legal@techbaes.com]

GRANT (SINGLE USER; NON-TRANSFERABLE) Licensor grants the individual purchaser (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the supplied tools (Google AI Studio apps, prompts, flows, docs, and related materials) (“Licensed Product”) for Licensee’s own personal or internal business use. This license covers one natural person; logins/keys/files may not be shared.
WHAT YOU MAY DO (a) Use and modify the Licensed Product privately for your own projects. (b) Generate unlimited outputs (text/images/code) for your personal brand or business, including commercial use of those outputs. (c) Make private backups for your own use.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO (a) No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, “PLR,” “MRR,” “resell rights,” or sharing of source files, prompts, or configurations—publicly or privately (including marketplaces, shared drives, GitHub, Gumroad, Skool file drops, Discord, Telegram, or course bundles) including but not limited to derived works, versions, or code derivatives. (b) No client delivery of the tools themselves (you may deliver your outputs; you may not hand clients the tool/prompt/app/config). (c) No posting or exposing any portion of source prompts/configs/keys publicly or in “prompt reveal” content. (d) No using the Licensed Product to train, fine‑tune, or improve competing models, datasets, or substitute products. (e) No removal or obfuscation of any embedded notices, watermarks, or tracking beacons. (f) No representing Licensor as a partner/affiliate or using Licensor’s marks without written permission.
OWNERSHIP The Licensed Product is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all intellectual property rights to the Licensed Product. This license does not transfer copyright, patent rights, or trademarks.
OUTPUTS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, legality, and third‑party rights. Do not use outputs for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or privacy‑violating purposes.
PLATFORM COMPLIANCE You must comply with Google AI Studio/API terms and any third‑party model/API terms used with the Licensed Product. Any platform‑term violation is a material breach of this license.
TERMINATION & TAKEDOWN Licensor may suspend or terminate this license for breach. Upon notice, you must immediately stop using and distributing the Licensed Product, delete all copies (including forks/exports), and remove any public postings. Licensor may issue takedowns to hosts/marketplaces if the Licensed Product is posted or sold without authorization.
NO WARRANTY; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THE LICENSED PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST‑PROFIT DAMAGES. LICENSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
GOVERNING LAW & VENUE This license is governed by the laws of [Delaware] (conflict rules excluded). Exclusive venue and jurisdiction: [Wilmington, Delaware].
ACCEPTANCE (CLICK/ACCESS CONSENT) By accessing or downloading the Licensed Product from Skool (or any link provided by Licensor), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this License. If you do not agree, do not access, download, or use the Licensed Product.
